SCOPE & QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Manufacturing and machining of casting parts as per customer requirements for automotive and engineering applications, ranging from 0.2 kg to 50 kg.
- We manufacture Aluminum castings (10 g–3.5 kg) using pressure die casting, and SG Iron & CI castings (0.2–50 kg) using green sand molding
- The company follows a well-documented and effective quality assurance system, covering all operational areas of the plant.
- Ensures all products consistently meet the agreed quality standards.
- Fully compliant with IATF 16949:2016 standards

1. In-house Machine Shop facilities :
Our Company has its own in- house Machining facility which enables us to maintain high quality production standards and also helps us in minimizing production time and bringing cost effectiveness. Our In-house Machine Shop consists of CNC Turning Centre’s, CNC Vertical Machining Centre’s, CNC Vertical Turret lathe, Conventional Machines, Coordinate Measuring Machine, 2D Measuring Machine, which turns into Complete Modern CNC Machine shop.
2. Quality Products :
We are investing in high quality machineries and equipment to ensure efficient production and quality products. The scale of operations and experience of our Promoters in the business enables our Company to produce quality products. Our Company believes that quality products enable it to compete with the other players in the market.
